Technology Department Scholarship™
A 60-Day Opportunity to Experience a More Modern Approach to Technology.
Technology rarely becomes complicated because of one major decision. It happens gradually. A new software platform is introduced to solve an immediate need. Another subscription is added. Someone on the team takes responsibility for a system. An outside IT provider is brought in. A cybersecurity service is added. A process is created to work around a recurring problem.
Each decision makes sense at the time. Over the years, however, these individual decisions become the technology environment the organization relies on every day. And as the organization grows, so does the responsibility that comes with it. You may already have an IT provider. You may have someone internally who handles technology. You may have several vendors supporting different parts of your environment. You may even be considering hiring an IT manager or technology leader.
Yet having people and providers involved in technology does not necessarily mean your organization has one accountable technology function. That distinction matters. Because the question is no longer simply:
"Is our technology working?"
The more important question becomes:
"Do we have the leadership, structure, and capacity to make technology work for where our organization is going?"
That is why Kent & Brandy created the Technology Department Scholarship. We are giving one qualified organization the opportunity to experience 60 days of Technology Department as a Service™ at no cost. This is not simply free IT support. It is an opportunity to experience what changes when technology is treated as a true organizational function, with dedicated ownership, leadership, structured operations, and the capacity to move important priorities forward.
During the 60-day experience, Kent & Brandy will work alongside the selected organization to understand its technology environment, clarify responsibilities, identify meaningful opportunities, address priorities, and establish a practical direction for what comes next. The goal is not simply to fix what is broken. It is to help the organization see its technology more clearly, establish greater ownership around it, and experience what a modern technology department can look like without immediately adding another employee, another vendor, or another disconnected specialist.
